White Chocolate Pot de Creme

Use good quality chocolate when you make this recipe and the reward will be a silky and perfectly creamy custard. A splash of nutmeg complements the cocoa butter flavor of the white chocolate and gives a hint of eggnog-like flavor. For a little crunch and a cute garnish, place a few cocoa nibs on top.
