Walnut Herb Stuffing
An easy and traditional stuffing to add to your Thanksgiving spread. The flavors of the fresh herbs bring this dish to life, with just a touch of sweetness from the golden raisins. A great stuffing for the less adventurous eater at the table. It's fantastic on its own or smothered in gravy. You can also easily make this dish vegetarian by substituting a vegetable stock for the chicken stock. If you don’t have stale bread simply spread your slices out on two baking sheets and toast in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 12 minutes, then let cool for 10 minutes.

- Garlic - 3/4 oz
- Unsalted Butter - 1 oz
- Chicken Broth - 1⅛ lb
