Sweet Potato Pecan Frangipane
This is a wonderful and easy tart that tastes as good as it looks. It has a delicious pecan filling topped with flavorful spice-poached sweet potatoes. We recommended using a large diameter sweet potato or yam, but any size will work. Don't worry if you haven't got a tart pan; this recipe can be made in a pie dish as well.

- Almond Extract - 1/8 oz
- Orange Zest

- Salt - 1/4 oz
