Maple Ice Cream

Maple is an extremely flavorful alternative to sugar. This ice cream is intended to celebrate that fact and that’s why it calls for grade B maple syrup. The grading system refers to its color, which has everything to do with the flavor. Use a good quality syrup that is amber or darker in color for a rich maple flavor.
