Egg Yolk Cookies

Basically the best sugar cookie you will ever have. This recipe is a great and delicious way to use up leftover egg yolks from making meringues, or an angel food cake.

  • Unsalted Butter - 4 oz
  • Granulated Sugar - 6⅜ oz
