We paired our Perfect Chocolate Cake with David Lebovitz’s silky Chocolate Ganache Icing. The icing lies somewhere between an icing and a glaze, having the consistency of sour cream. With its richness and consistency in mind, you’ll want to spread the icing thin. When set, it's firm enough to cut but soft enough to yield to your fork.
