Crispy Peanut Butter Freezer Treats
Rice Crispy treats are easy to make and always a hit. This version is just as quick and easy,
but a lot healthier. No heating is required and they're ready after only 10 minutes in the freezer.
Made with honey and peanut butter instead of butter and marshmallows, they have far less sugar,
more protein. Mini chocolate chips add an extra treat. To make them vegan, try using cocoa
nibs instead.
Ingredients
- Crisped Rice Cereal - 2¼ oz
- Almond Meal - 7/8 oz
- Mini Chocolate Chips - 1¾ oz
- Chunky Peanut Butter - 6⅛ oz
- Honey - 3⅞ oz
- Vanilla Extract - 1/8 oz
