Cream Cheese Ice Cream

If you love cream cheese icing you will love this ice cream. It goes wonderfully as a scoop with plain carrot cake, or add a punch of cool, creamy tartness to a rich piece of chocolate cake or brownie. Consider constructing carrot cake ice-cream sandwiches, or a whole ice-cream cake.
