A great twist on oatmeal raisin cookies. The addition of almonds provide great flavor and crunch and the coconut gives a moist, smooth texture. They're packed with raisins, almonds, and coconut. Giving loads of flavor in every sweet bite, these large cakey cookies won't disappoint.
