Cocoa White Chocolate Chip Cookies
A soft, moist, cakey chocolate cookie. The white chocolate chips provide a wonderful creaminess to the cookie. It's almost like getting your milk right inside the cookie but feel free to dunk these babies, they will soak up the milk. White chocolate is not technically chocolate as it contains no cocoa solids. To make white chocolate the fat of the cocoa bean is removed from the solids to produce cocoa butter. The cocoa butter is combined with sugar and milk solids to make white chocolate.
