Classic Blondies

The blondie is a classic spin on the traditional brownie. Also known as blonde brownies, the blondie gets most of its flavor from brown sugar instead of cocoa powder. This gives it a lovely butterscotch flavor. This blondie is a sure hit with a simple addition of chocolate chips and toasted pecans. Sticking to the basics has never tasted so good.

Wonderful brownies


I baked them slightly longer due to altitude and I used an all edge pan. This was my first recipe with perfect bake.
