Baked Citrus Custard Tart

Everyone's tolerance for sour flavors is different and should be considered when preparing this recipe. Using a blend of citrus can offer a depth of flavor that is unique and memorable. But if you prefer more of your favorite type of citrus then go for it—this recipe is flexible. If you like it tart, stick with lemon and lime. If sweet is your thing, Meyer lemons are lovely and floral. This recipe turns our Baked Citrus Custard into a tart for an extra treat.
