Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing

All too often chunky blue cheese dressing tastes like ranch dressing with blue cheese added as an afterthought. We wanted to create a dressing with intense blue cheese flavor that had lots of texture as well. To achieve the flavor we were looking for we blended blue cheese right into the dressing and then finished it off with added blue cheese crumbles. This flavorful dressing just screams wedge salad and spicy chicken wings!
